Mum's birthday today - we went to the cemetry and took some new flowers. David and I drove down to Mutton Cove in the late afternoon for an hour - this is King William of Orange.

It snowed most of last evening and we woke up to this! Just need to clear the car of snow and make sure I can get out of our road and then I'm off down to Plymouth!

Walked from Great Wood car park at Keswick to Ashden Bridge and up to Walla Crag - the snow got heavier as we went along and I slipped on the ice!

Bought these flowers today for mum - will take them down to Plymouth - it's her birthday on 6 Feb - she would have been 86!
