Been a gorgeous day here today - it almost felt warm!! We've been working in the garden most of the day but I struggled to find anything interesting to photograph - ended up with this!

John's birthday today - phoned Alice - her and Louise had been to the crem. F and I went up to Keswick to get some new walking shoes - we both got a pair in Fisher's! Took this photo of some Chain Saw Art!

Took this shot this morning when F and I were walking back from town. Not at work today so I've been baking - I made a salmon tart, some shortbread and a seeded loaf - all turned out very well! Off to my knitting group this evening - missed it last week as I was in Liverpool.

Took this photo first thing this morning. The sun was pouring through the window but there was also a heavy frost. The sun was lighting up this rhododendron beautifully and I thought it would be a great shot! Oh well I didn't get around to shooting anything else - I had a really busy day at work. Got there at just after 8 and didn't leave until 6.15 this evening!!! But I'm off for two weeks now so I didn't mind staying late. F is home this evening from London.

Can't believe it's March already - February has just flown by. This is another photo that I took on my walk home from work. It's been a lovely day here and the sky was brilliant this evening. Went to Wool'n'Stuff this evening - we did a bit of patchwork.
